Section 282
Disposition versions
282. The storage of granular residual materials for reclamation is exempted from authorization pursuant to this Division on the following conditions:
(1) the total volume of materials stored on the lot is equal to or less than 300 m3 at all times;
(2) the operator does not carry on the same activity within a radius of 500 m;
(3) the materials contain no asbestos;
(4) without exceeding the volume specified in paragraph 1, where the volume is equal to or more than 60 m3, the storage areas are laid out on a compacted surface in a way that prevents the accumulation of water.
